This is a new custom settlement with a fully functional workshop. I thought it would be cool to build on a Highway overpass but haven't really seen any of mods that do that! The settlement is Just east of Murkwater Construction Site. Located at a Highway overpass Just on the southern border! I've added custom lifts so that you can get to the top and back down! The settlement is mostly empty so have fun building and Hope you enjoy it!
