Basic Carry weight now is 15 lbs (appr. 7 kilos) and strength bonus is 5 lbs per point (appr. 2 kilos). Maximum Carry Weight now is 65 lbs which is 29.5 kilos.
Because I don't believe Bethesda starting carry weight is 200 lbs (to think of it!). They better do some hiking before making a game...

So, with strength of 2-3 you are able to RUN with 35-45 lbs (15.9-20.4 kg), which is adequate to real life circumstances (e.g. two water buckets),
and with strength of 10 and ''Strong Back'' perk (lvl 2, +50 lbs) the maximum ingame carry weight is 165 lbs (74.8 kg).
I draw your attention to the fact that the character RUNS with that weight (this is specially for those who blamed me in their posts that the author of the mod must be a ''feeble person'; simply try to run in real life with 45 lbs for an hour or so, as it is in-game)
