I'm not using this mod but I've seen some people not getting the looks as seen on the screens. First off this is a common issue from LooksMenu itself and the Fallout 4 Engine, not a cause by the mod author or anyone else. It sometimes sets incorrect face parts, incorrect make up and/or incorrect skin tone. What you can do:
- Set the lips, forehead, cheeks to a 2-er or 1-er preset (editing those parts with "T", e.g. "Thin 2" or "Thin 1" --- you'll notice a drastical different look and how smooth it suddenly looks. - For the neck you either need to use weathered or smooth - Reset the Skin color once - Remove the Blemishes, all of them and reset/add them accordingly
For some reason, Piper has some purple textures along the neck and the forehead/under the hair.
No idea why, since Cait overhaul uses the same CBBE body texture and face, and she has no purple textures. I am not missing master files, so not sure why this is happening.
I'm having this problem as well, everything is installed properly, but it basically looks like her face is only partially changed, and all purple
edit: I FIGURED OUT HOW TO FIX THE PURPLE PROBLEM. Download the preset of whichever version you want, then do showlooksmenu plus her id, and apply the preset, it fixes the purple textures. My only problem now is her hair is floating above her head, so it look really weird.
I believe I know why. The short form of it is she's been assigned a hairline headpart in the plugin that has no textures assigned to it (and its defined-in-mesh material appears to be incorrect/missing), but the preset doesn't include that hairline.
I don't think the 2.0 version of BDO Hairs, which as far as I can tell is the newest version, has a finished version of that hairline. However the hair she's using already has a hairline assigned to it, which is probably why she looks fine when you reset her with the preset.

I was going to download and use this mod but unfortunately seeing that this mod requires BDO Hairs, BDO Hairs is obsolete making this mod unusable I have searched the nexus and googled BDO Hairs and found nothing.
my good man, Google "BDO hairs fallout 4 mod" and select the youtube video by trophi hunter. Just click the google drive link in video description. Then either use winzip and extract to the fallout 4 data folder, OR use your mod manager by adding the file from your windows download folder and installing.
Honestly i dont know if the creator is ever going to see this but i really love this mod, everytime i re-install my fallout 4 i always download this, i dont know what is it with this overhaul but i just think its beautiful. If you are reading this or not Mr.xxvvxx keep up the great work!!!
mod looks beautiful, but i cant get it to work, everything is there except tattoos and she has a purple forehead lol. mod manager says valkyr body texture is redundant so im not sure if thats causing the issue? i just dont know what mods replacing it, i have over 150 mods.
