Finally!! No distortion but actual blur around the edges!. This mod uses its own image space modifier entries so it shouldn't conflict with anything else. In any case if it does happen let me know so I can run for the hills while tearing my hair out.

Replace the vanilla sniper scope effect with an overlay an new reticles

This is an extra set of reticles for the blured scope overlay. I modified them specially so it's easy to see the center of the reticles in dark areas but not so much as to overwhelm players who use night-vision.

The blur around the rim of the scope has been removed to make it look in sharp focus.
