NMM should work but if not; Simply download manually and extract the file to - 'Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Fallout 4\Data\F4SE\Plugins\F4EE\Presets' - Or wherever your looksmenu is located.

Edit.. did download but curious.. was this meant to be a save file or looksmenu preset? It has no file extension and when I tried to open it in Notepad++ all I got was gibberish
Right. But once extracted, there is still no file extension showing, and once I renamed the file to an .fos extension and tried to load it, I got a "This save file is corrupt" message. Just making people aware in case others run across the same issue. I will keep an eye on this though in case it gets uploaded as a looksmenu preset. Still nice work with the character creation!
I meant extract the file you get after extracting the first one (the one without extension). You should get a FO4 save file. Only worked when using 7z tho.
Yes just now after extracting the file I extracted. That's very confusing for people who don't know. I would have just renamed the save file and zip it up, rather than pack it, and then pack it again.

you could make a folder directory in the mod with
Data\F4SE\Plugins\F4EE\Presets
