This would be great in Sim Settlements 2 is there any chance this could happen?

Care to elaborate? What does"'it says it needs this mod to work" mean?  Do you mean to say Settlers of the Commonweath  as 'this mod'?

I have a prototype patch for it but there's some issues with SS2 that need to be run down(Its the bug with City plans not actually fully developing or deploying despite being In range (once I can get a Caravan building built which sometimes takes multiple attempts and with fully supplied Containers for them to build)or with with Containers that were clearly full of every material prior to being in range. and let me tell you even with bacons, getting full large shipping containers full of everything during survival mode was a pain

You have to DL "Settlers of the Commonwealth" from: https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/8704/?tab=files&jump_to_comment=64676516

Not sure why it wasn't listed as a requirement or any indication of it in the description of THIS mod but I'm sure ultimatecoffee has their reasons.

I found mention of Setters of the Commonwealth three times in the description and in the post immediately below this one. BTW, it is listed under requirements.

Thank you! I would never have thought to look for it looking at the mod description on that page.
It didn't dawn on me that it could have been a file in the others from a radio mod, lol.

The radio mod Atomic Radio came first (probably the best of the radio mods).
Next, the huge quest mod Tales from the Commonwealth was added to that same page.
Then the author also added the settlers mod Settlers of the Commonwealth.

That makes things a bit confusing, but it is nice when these mods are discovered. For instance, who would think of looking for a great radio or an outstanding settlers mod under the Nexus Quests & Adventures category (which was the best place to put Tales from the Commonwealth)?

I couldn't find any good information about the settlers online anywhere... Not even a brief description of their personality or anything...

If I knew more about each of the individual settlers, then I might. But it would be far too tedious for me to find each one and interact with them for a while to get a feel for them.

Maybe you could determine some plausible traits from the dialog they use when the NPC engages them. Hoss I'm guessing would have One Mutant Army, Morgan is depressed, Luke would probably be a party animal and being a Minuteman deserter he wouldn't be a Minuteman Officer.

Here's an idea: open up a forum post and allow people to post their own ideas for traits? Might help.

"Settlers of the Commonwealth" is a mod that adds a bunch of recruitable NPCs around the commonwealth and this mod only enables you to use those NPCs as city leaders. You still have to download "Settlers of the Commonweath" (which for some unknown reason to me isn't on Nexus, only on the creator's website).

You can view and download that mod in this link (to download go to the top of the site > Downloads > Fallout 4 – Tales from the Commonwealth v3.0):

This mod should help address the question that has been asked several times on the Atomic Radio/ Tales from the Commonwealth mod page.

Good choice in having the NPC Seven serve as the cover model for this mod. She is my favorite character from Settlers of the Commonwealth.

Ultimate Coffee, there is a slight spelling error in this mods title.

Settlers of the Commonwealth is included in this mod https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/8704
For those who do not want to go to the external site and would like some more content, hope this helps some of you.
