The mod is an add-on that allows a player to use NPCs found in Recruitable Settlers Created by Socharis as leaders with Sim Settlements - Rise of the Commonwealth Created by Kinggath and Friends. I have not tested it extensively. A player still has to recruit the NPCs just like they normally would using the mod Recruitable Settlers Created by Socharis, some of them have prerequisites so check that mod. I have added strengths and weaknesses to each NPC. There are 50 within the Commonwealth. This mod was created with version 3.0.3 of Recruitable Settlers.
