    Hello!
    Im not sure why but this mod does not add elektro dmg or stun to any of the capacitors on the laser weapons list.
    Im using 'Energy Weapon Replacer - Wattz Laser Gun' to change the looks of all energy guns in the game but that just the looks of the weapons. It does not change the capacitor effects of said guns. And only the 'Laser guns' got renamed. The Institude weapons are still goes by 'Institude rifle'.
    So why im not seeing that lighting effect and elctrify dmg + stun?

    Please look into this and if possible update a patch.

      The mod works just fine. Please check your mod manager for conflicts and/or change the load order as there clearly is something preventing this mod from loading properly.

      I can confirm now that the mod works fine.
      And you can put 'Energy Weapon Replacer - Wattz Laser Gun' mod to the partly compatible list.
      Its seems above mention mod 'Institude gun' replacer part do not like this mod...has no ideal why.
      It will be good if this 2 mod can work together eventually.

      Did you ever find a way to make them compatible? The one thing I have always hated. About running energy weapons. Is the massive box shape. Taking up most of my screen.  While I adored the idea of this mod. Going a full energy weapon build. While swapping between normal and institute. To deal out fire or shock. Dependent on the situation or foe.

      Yes. But the stun chance isn't that high and NPCs are usually terrible shots.

    This mod might just make Institute weapons worth playing with, because in the base game they're just weaker versions of laser weapons...
    I'll be sure to give it a try

      To be fair, I didn't make any changes to the damage or fire rate. So overall you'll end up with pretty much the same dps. But being able to stun enemies comes in handy every now and then.

      Btw, don't forget to pick up the Institute Power Armor, Institute Directed-Energy Gatling Gun and Institute Stun Grenades.

    I noticed that the beam is now a lightning bolt. Is there a way to change it back?

      In this mod the "beam" has always been a lightning bolt, since these DEWs use LIPCs to direct strong electrical charges. Hence they do electrical damage and may even stun targets for a short period.

      Sorry, I didn't see your post before now.

      To answer your question - since the other mod only tempers with models I would think they are. But then again, you never really know. ;)

    I've been trying to find my own flavor for Institute Lasers. Looking forward to seeing what you've created.
