Small edit to the Thick-Rim Glasses mod to have the sorting tags from Horizon and the perception bonus like Horizons sunglasses and no Charisma/Intelligence bonus. Lowered the value on the unique version found on some NPC. When installing get the original and then just let NMM overwrite the original mod with this.
Keep in mind, patching armors and dabbling in fo4edit is not something I am level 100 in yet, so you might encounter something weird or a bug or whatever, if you do please let me know and I will try to correct it to the best of my abilities.
