Is there anything i can do? I started a new game, unkowing i had this installed from before, and now i cant progress Taking Independence. Any ideas on how to proceed?
Great idea, but absolutely DO NOT download this until you're completely done with Old Guns. It doesn't just block Old Guns, it blocks Taking Independence from even starting. Took me a solid hour of fucking around with console commands and my load order before I figured it out.
It seems that this mod either has been broken or it conflicts with the Castle Walls Repaired Ultimate Vanilla Edition.
The things it breaks that I've found: 1. Breaks the "Old Guns quest" by removing or making the trigger for the artillery test fire tiny. AKA no matter where you throw that flare , The old hag on the radio will tell you "Thats not the target" and so on. 2. Snaps the terrain on the western bastion. I think the Castle repair mod changes the terrain there, so I think it might be a conflict of mods for this second point.

Did you find out if this was compatible? I have attempted to use them together but so far the closest I got, kept the rubble that blocked the doorways. I really wanted to use this mod for my Minuteman play through.
Edit: I sucked it up and messed around with xedit using 'City on the Lake' and the 'Clean and Simple Merges' mod with the Castle. I'm not 100% sure which conflict fixed it (as there were several conflicts with various other mods as it turned out.) So I just fixed them until they were all green and saved.
Loaded my game and now Nepogda's, City on the Lake and Jenn Cave's, Clean and Simple Merges (with Castle and Magnificent Spectacle Island) work together!
Legit hard to get this mod working properly but im gonna try the load order advice in the comments EDIT: Using the load order described earlier in the comments got it to work
Could you do this for the airport? I'd love to place planes and build runways, modders have added planes from New Vegas, the Stingray and I could even put the UFO there for study.

You can try it yourself, I recommend to put my mod AFTER.
