So, there are 22 mods, including DLC, required to successfully import this blueprint. The possibility that someone would have all of them is close to zero. Hence I removed 148 objects from it and replaced all turrets with heavy machine guns.
The settlement is pretty unusual. Layers of concrete, narrow paths, some places where you can be stuck (like between the ladder and the house), excessive turrets inside the fortress, dead ends, beta wave emitter without the cages... Not my cup of tea. However, if you are afraid of open spaces and need a place to hide in this evil island - this blueprint might do it.
