For anyone else suffering the Pip-Boy Flashlight hiding the Pip-Boy option in the Armor Workbench, here is a alternative Flashlight mod from the same creator. [Tactical Flashlights] it'll add a headset piece instead of using the Pip-Boy for the lighting. Sadly the only lacking thing as of writing this is the Flashlight's Beam Textures are simply just plain. But now, you can have the normal Pip-Boy skins, and the normal lighting, with a actual flashlight. I know I couldn't get this Mod Fix to work for it sadly, at least until they update this fix. Maybe it was my own fault too but I see many people having the same issues, and changing the priority of the mod doesn't seem to change anything, at least on Vortex.
So you don't need this mod if you're suffering the same issue, at least as of now. Just replace "Pip-Boy Flashlight" with "Tactical Flashlights". If you have Armorsmith Extended also installed, the crafting recipe won't be in the Chemistry Bench, but instead on the Armorsmith Workbench under "Headgear - Headbands". I recommend the Sonic Earpiece if you don't want to show the flashlight very much on your character.
Hope this helps anyone!
(Also if you're using any Pip-Boy Extra Skins mods, you don't need their Flashlight Patches anymore.)
I was having this problem since using the mod called "Pip-Boy Flashlight (Pipboy - Power Armor - Lamp Overhaul)". Apparently the mod overrides the vanilla Pip-Boy record (ARMO:00021B3B) so it wouldn't show pip-boy in armor workbench and you wouldn't be able to use cc content for your pip-boy. Luckily we have this mod. Works perfectly. Thank you @HardwareSc8
I can't force it to work. I'm using vortex and so I tried adding rule for this mod to load after the flashlight - nothing. I added it into a separate group that was at the end of the chain - nothing.
Glad that I stumbled on this thread and mod. I was having the problem where Pip-Boy did not show up in the Armor Bench when the Pip-Boy Flashlight mod was installed. Installed this fix and then made sure to load after the Pip-Boy Flashlight mod. Works perfectly. Thanks for this mod!!
I wish the new nexus site would do a better job at searching. I tried several searches relating to pipboy, pip-boy, creation club, cc, paint, even fix and patch and never saw this. I created my own from the problem I had, which stemmed from Armor Keywords. Oddly I went from having no pipboy in the Armor bench to two once I made my own patch with that one line item. As I mentioned, Armor Keywords was my problem. The patches in their forum sticky didn't include pipboy fixes sadly.
I'm afraid it isn't working for me. Tried various positions in the load order. I use Armor Keywords, which surprisingly hasn't done anything with this problem.
Discovered last night that it was Pipboy Flashlight loaded after this mod that prevented your changes, which once moved worked just fine. There are so many pipboy changes in so many mods that the most obvious one escaped me. Ha!
I had the exact same problem. I have bought CC paints and wondered why I can't see the pip-boy in the workbench. This mod fixed the problem with pip-boy flashlight!
Many thanks!!
(If only there was an esl version of this mod that would be mega awesome!, but thanks anyway.)

So, for the time being, this is still needed if you use any out-of-date Pip-Boy mods. Just make sure this loads after them.

Is there anything else I can do?
