   Is the yellow water pump the same size as the one in Vault 88? or has it been neutered to the small blue version I once installed?

      That's from this mod: https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/17142 and it is the same size

   The mod won't work, Loot says Valve Pump ESP (or emp) is missing and I don't know what mod that has it. I tried adding that other mod you listed but nope, doesn't work
   
   I have all FO4 expansion packs also ...

      Edit: i should really learn to read the entire comment before answering, if you downloaded good generators(GG), but not Vault-Tec Water Pump Unleashed(VTWPU) then that's the esp your missing.
      Good Generators is not required for any of the 3 files to work becouse it's not a master to any of those files, though they are intended to be used together, if you downloaded VTWPU and installed and activated it, then i honestly have no idea what could cause the problem.
