If this has already been addressed please forgive me, but are you planning to more NV buildings? I dont know if its possible, but can you create a plop version. The gamer could rebuild GoodSprings in the middle of nowhere.
Can you make Al’s actual home from his montages? With the bunker, house and all? Or try making the RRA HQ that was near Hidden Valley! Blacksoul501 even made a NV replica of it, but you can add the extra rooms, like the jail and the RRA courtroom where the trashcan is revealed to be part of the RRA!

Wonderful little project you've made here! Really does feel like the house, if a little skewed, and makes me wonder what the Doc is up to these days. Other than resenting us for filling his house with guns.

I had to make one minor tweak, for my personal use. I'll post a couple of screen shots, It's not Doc's house without Doc's flag. B)
