To begin properly: I DID NOT CREATE THIS MOD.
I simply modified MaxChioa's already-existing Temporary Compatibility Fix for AWKCR and Creation Club Paint Jobs mod to support Weaponsmith Extended, and by extension (no pun intended...), New Calibers and LOADS. See the original page linked above for more details of what the base patch actually does.
Installation:
1. Mod Manager - Simply activate in the mod manager of your choice. Note: This is usable in MO2 straight out of the box.
2. Manual - Extract the .7z file to your Steam\steamapps\common\Fallout 4 folder.
