Unfortunately this mod is no longer functional due to changes made to the original mod. One of those changes completely changed the original form IDs used by this mod, and I can't seem to fix that.
Are the weaves suppose to have that high of a dmg resist? It's double the amount for every Mk compared to the vanilla items. I'm using the Cheat version if that makes a difference.
Also I'm not sure how to choose 1 or the other versions for the Cheat mod as per your description info, "misc options of oth a vault suit OR torso mods" ? I opened the folder and all I see is the esp file. I wish this is more noob friendly, since I feel that quote is more aimed for people that had already played/ beat fo4.
The ballistic weaves are exactly the same as the ones used in vanilla FO. All I did was add the option for them to be usable on the armor pieces. The cheat version is exactly the same as all the other versions except that it adds more, that's it. As for how to choose, the reason that you only see the plugin is because all I did was make a plugin that altered the armor from the original.
As for the other part, what that means is that it will have all the miscellaneous options of both a combat armor torso (ie deep pocketed, ultra light build, etc) AND the miscellaneous options of a vault suit (ie thicker lining, shielded lining, etc). However since I couldn't separate the categories, you can only use one misc mod on it. What that plugin does specifically is adjust the CSA bodysuit to be able to accept the more useful utility misc mods of actual combat type armor, as opposed to the semi useless vaultsuit misc mods it usually comes with.
Actually I have a perfectly fine esp file name. What happened is Apal updated his mod and changed the file name with it since my last upload to this mod. However because this mod is not that horribly popular, I haven't felt the need to update it as well.
My apologies. Not a proper reaction. The filename esp is wrong because I didn't think it was worth updating this file to match Apals because this mod isn't that popular. And as you said, it's an easy enough fix.
But I just checked the original mod page, and there was no update. Where are you getting the required name change for the esp? According to Apal's mod page, the .esp you get with the main download is exactly the same as when I first made this add-on.

It's "ChineseStealthArmor.esp"
You have "ApalCSA.esp."
It's an easy fix for anyone remotely familiar with FO4Edit, but I thought I'd let you know.
Edited to add:
It's a little trickier than I thought.
I'm actually having to rename ChineseStealthArnor.esp just to get your MoS to load in FO4Edit.
It's ChineseStealthSuit.esp, not ChineseStealthArmor esp.
I downloaded the wrong goddamned file.
I sincerely apologise.
