   Always found it weird she didn't smoke, probably because while growing up I'd always see old people with fag in gob.

   It seems this mod overwrites the NPC Sandbox Package for everyone in Sanctuary.
   Also, it doesn't seem to work the same way as your Smoking Cait mod, which seemed weird to me.
   Also too, the mod edits the NPC record, so it isn't compatible with appearance mods without some patching. Lots of other kinds of NPC mods too.
