No, keep them ticked. Which version of reshade are you using? Can you upload a screenshot? Try disabling the effects one by one and see which one does the darkening of your picture.
Have you tried disabling the effects one by one to see which one applies those weird effects? I would guess you're not using reshade 3.1.0? I cant reproduce those effects. What weather mods are you using?
A lot can/will depend on your monitor settings and its contrast ratio in combination with bleeding. No two monitors are alike (unless comparing a few models within the same brand) and often no-one even cares to properly calibrate their monitor/TV or check what colour settings are used.
Building a PC just to play Fallout 4 without overheating slowdowns and to cram in all the mods I've used in old playthroughs. This just makes it look so realistic that I just have to use it. Thanks for making it, it looks real enough and doesn't oversaturate things like most "realism" shaders do.
