    Привет. У меня та же проблема, которая уже обсуждалась здесь. Я не могу построить торговца напитками в поселении. Здесь нет бара или ресторана, есть стеллажная тележка с напитками. Вы ответили, что можно с расстояния от мастерской, но это не так. Расстояние на это никак не влияет (пробовал строить прямо рядом с мастерской, не получается. Проблема в том, что (бар, ресторан) просто отсутствуют в меню выбора зданий для этого торговца. И самое печальное, что это так или иначе сказывается даже на альтернативных постройках из других модов, которые добавляют здания для торговца напитками (зданий просто нет в меню выбора). У меня есть несколько ваших модов (3) и все они имеют эту проблему. С оригинальными поселениями и добавленными другими модами таких проблем нет.

    I have a question how to make settlers come to one settlement? I tried with a beacon and by mooving settlers from a nother settlement and it doesnt work. Do you have a solution?

      This sounds like MOD conflict problem. Try changing the Load Order of Lexington MOD's

    Hey, great mod. My only problem right now is not being able to scrap any of the rusted cars in the parking garage. I can scrap normal cars but not rusted destroyed ones. I'm doing some troubleshooting (new game, disabling different mods) I'll let you know if I fix anything accidentally.

    Good to see what looks like more vanilla untouched locations. I am the type that likes to repair the entire place back to it's glory. No junky rickety shacks here. Restore order and peace and the buildings too (Snappy House Kit Mod FTW!!!). Personally hope the raiders are still there because they're quite fun to clobber for free cat launchers, I mean a free nuke launcher every time I show up.
    No issues with your settlements thus far, they've all worked. I've used the three mutant wars settlements, love them all, and now will try this one.
    Hope to see Salem like this one day.

      I have plans for Salem yes, but for now only Piers Of Salem exists by me.

      I tried Fun and Games at Lexington-Corvega mod out I got 10 feet away and it sayed outbounds .

      I agree with every word said here. Love it! I don't understand how anyone doesn't want spawn sites near the settlement. Make a robot with some missle launchers, have some turrents and settlers with powerful weapons, and watch the spawned enemies become a hot mess of ash!

    Not sure if anyone also received this problem, after building in lexington (the downtown), I can't seem to be able to craft anymore the food and drink trader. Yours is the only settlement mod I've been using. I haven't had the same problem with another settlement mod I've had (a turret drone defense mod).

      You are trying to build bar/restaurant too far from Workbench.

    Is anyone else having issues with Lexington Parking and the Tradecraft quest line being unable to complete? With mod installed, I cannot get Deacon to initiate the quest complete dialog to proceed back to HQ for the next assignment.

      I haven't heard about this problem from others, but the basic rule of thumb with adding a MOD is to finish all quests there are in the area first. Sorry that I can't give actual help after the fact though!

      No problem, mate! I went ahead and used a pesky console code to bypass it. It *appears* that the quest markers for Tradecraft are somehow negated by the custom settlement parameters, though I am not at all sure how. Anyway, I was just curious if there was a workaround possible without having to resort to ye olde console. Love your settlement mods in general though. Always good to see the new ones pop!

    Loving this Mod!! Lexington is mine, always wanted to do something here. Very Nice, 4 great player settlements. Thank-you.
    p.s. I was watching a vid by OxHorn, on Corvega, he mentioned how nice it would be to have a settlement here. So I typed Coervega in the search bar and BAM!!

    are the corvegaBackyard.esp and corvegaExpSettlement.esp named wrong? coz having the corvegaExpSettlement.esp gives me the backyard and not the factory (workshop next to some metal crates).
    On another note could you add screenshots of the workshop locations coz searching for them is a pain lol.

      Ok, lets start with where workshops are: All 4 workshops can already be found in the existing pictures!

      Corvega Backyard Settlement (CorvegaBackyard.esp) is named so because it is on back and side of Corvega plant. Side being the Lexington Bus stop side.

      Corvega Exterior Settlement (CorvegaExtSettlement.esp) covers most of the Corvega Plant from all of it's sides, hence the name. The placing of Workshop behind Corvega Plant is due to Wilderness/Commonwealthlocation -Cell needed in building a settlement.

    In line with the bug report, and not sure if it IS a bug - I am using the parking Garage and the downtown. The downtown works fine. I can assign people to it, it has supply lines and builds up.

    The parking garage won't even show up on the list of settlements available, even though I've unlocked it. Strangely, it does show up on the pip-boy map, as a settlement. So, I can build in it but can assign no one, cannot build supply lines, and so far the recruitment beacon has attracted no one.

      I can recheck that, but I myself have had no problem of this sort so far.

      I rechecked this and I must inform you that I can't help you with this because for me it works just fine. Have you tried loading MODs in different order, or any other usual tricks?

      Okay, thanks! I haven't yet. I shall later tonight or tomorrow.

      EDIT: I don't know if this updates for you to see, but I started a new game quickly and it seemed to work just fine.

      3 of 4 Lexington-based settlements here work fine, parking garage does not.
      In fact, it acquired one settler before even being set up, fired up with 0 happiness (tried 3/3 times then gave up on it), wouldn't call in any new settlers, but DID appear on the list of settlements. Tried setting happiness value 129157 (IIRC, don't quote me) with modav in console, it changed to 50 but that doesn't undo some bug that's inherently messing up this settlement, all of Salem, and Pier one and Pier two, the REST of the settlements, work fine however.
      I did start the one behind Corvega (on the hill against the back of the facility), after trying to start these others, and it worked just fine, proving that it wasn't an issue baked into my save since X amount of time.
      I went back about 3~4 months in my save, and tried Salem and again, nothing, no one came ever, though it appeared on the list, and I could attempt to transfer settlers, but they'd never go, and my 'sending' settlement wouldn't lower pop count by 1.
      Can build at: YES
      Can see in send-settler-to list: YES
      Can link supply to: NO.
      Can send settlers to: NO
      Will recruit settlers when beacon is built: NO (waited days, if not a week or two game time, not one came).
      Happiness rating: Lexington parking 0, Salem settlements & pier settlements: 50 - all working.
      Lexington Parking gets the '0 percent happiness bug' all the time, too, oddly.
      I hadn't seen this bug in this way (as-per salem) before. It doesn't affect all of your settlements, just some of them, some work, some do not. I will run a log trace to see what's happening.

      EDIT: My game save is very old, it was start in very late 2016 or early 2017. I have been playing this with gradual game updates over a year or so now. I have stopped letting it update (and hence, break my mods) after June/July sometime, culminating around version 1.9x, and backed up my critical files in-case the stupid thing decides to update without me telling it (god I despise that). I just got sick of 'place anywhere' breaking every time it felt it wanted to and leaving me unable to play. Just for what it's worth. However, I managed to keep this same save going for a year + and am now at level 338.

      So, like I've said, I have no idea what is going on with this problem you have, as I don't have it myself. I hope you, or someone else, can fix the issue you have, since I want people to enjoy MOD's I make, not to do battle with them to get them working. Sorry!

      BTW, have you, or anyone else built a lot on top of Corvega Plant? I myself have only done some builds there so am curious. :)

      Looking into seeing if south-of-the-sea mod was causing this via a corrupted archive (didn't get noticed for several days, but was sticking NONE into all the scripts, backlogging the script engine, and bum-bum-bummmmmm the settlement parent script engines, with it, poof, no working settlements).

      IF YOU USED SOUTH OF THE SEA MOD, FROM JAN 31ST OR NEWER, GO BACK TO OLDER VERSION YOU HAD FROM EARLY JANUARY, USE NO NEWER VERSIONS, AND REVERT TO YOUR OLDER SAVE GAME FROM OLD VERSION OF IT.

      Use Settlement blueprint exporter (it's a tool, settlement blueprint something whatever, look it up please), to export and import settlements as-needed if you've rebuilt the area extensively like I have.

      Sorry for the trouble this has caused. The stupid papyrus logging wasn't showing me anything until I got many megs of it to search through, then I finally noticed where the errors always began - south of the sea NONE variables (corrupted archive).

      So I am hoping this is it. I will be testing out more in the future with an older game, always backup every few levels at least or whenever I mess with the mods. May take a few days however, so hang tight I will let you know.
