Updated for release of RUE 2.6 and new categories and icons for some items.

Added an optional feature to allow scrapper 2 highlighting to be toggled by drawing a weapon. By default the option is off so Tagging Assistant works the way it always has. The new option can be turned on in the MCM menu.
