      No, it's just a Ammo conversion mod. If you've got FO4Edit you can download a script for it that can Auto Generate AWKCR tags in a plugin. Unfortunately I don't have Fallout 4 installed anymore so I can't really help you there with a Awkcr patch.

   Does this also change the ammo in the leveled lists for enemies that use the mauser? thanks btw for adding more weapons that use this 9mm

      DeadPool2099's 9mm Pistol mod adds the Ammo to the leveled list.

      I made a compatible version for WarDaddy's animations. Use the Optional version instead of the Main version. Let me know if there's any issues.
