Any chance instead of making the beds scrappable you can make them functional? So once you take over they show up as player owned? .... or do they do that already? I honestly cant recall atm.
As a suggestion, replace the turret stands with working ones. The default ones aren't very turret-friendly and placing your own will be a pain otherwise.
