A fun way to read War and Peace! I do have some problems playing the mod though. The Yoga teacher is always dead when I approach. As soon as I get within his vicinity, I get a quest failed notice. Apparently, he gets whacked by random encounters. The Wizard is inside a closed building that can't be accessed or disabled. However, the FX radio gal works OK and her quest completes OK. The vendor in Diamond City also works OK.
Edit: Having started a new game, it seems that any of the first three quest characters can get killed at any time (even if you are not in their cell), making it impossible to complete the quest. Overall, this mod has a lot of interest and potential and I will miss the War and Peace load screens (I actually read it about 20 years ago, although a different translation) but unfortunately this mod seems abandoned.
The War & Peace loading screen is a bit intrusive. It is showing up more than 50% of the time. The Vanilla ones are more interesting & better to look at
Unarmed & Melee combat overhaul based around KUNG-FU!!! *Throw in some alcohol-activated Drunken Master style and some beautiful 2-handed Samurai / 1-handed Ninja style swordplay; and we'll have a close-combat system worthy of everyone's endorsement! -Because let's be honest, FO4's melee & unarmed combat is quite terrible and ultimately boring... ESPECIALLY the animations! I believe everybody can respect a bit of Fallout Kung-Fu! Seeing as how the close-combat system has needed a revamp since release.
In addition to this, we really NEED the ability to hold down the block button in melee for a continued block instead of having to press over and over... :(
1. Adds 4 mini quests. 2. Power armor is pretty cool. 3. Adds a new drink to the Commonwealth. 4. Adds a new vendor to Diamond City. 5. Adds a few locations including a brand new vault to the Commonwealth. 6. Adds a new unique weapon and a 2nd unpainted power armor.
Endorsed but a few complaints.
1. Mini quests should be tougher. 2. Vault 5 exit merges awkwardly with another mod "Swamps Extended" (although there is no clash). 3. The drink is too expensive (even for my high charisma character). Luckily I can find some bottles out in the wasteland (after the last quest, players should have a lot). 4, Vault 5 should be larger and add a few more high leveled charred ferral ghouls. 5. Vendor Sydney should sell more items and can give radiant quests (such as other vendors in Diamond City).
Hi guys. Does this mod use static levelled list or scripted injection (for new rifle and power armor)? Or are these new items standalone and do not mess with levelled list in any way at all? Thanks for an answer.

Thanks for pointing that out.
I actually thought I can collect books with this mod (LOL).
Btw I endorse your mod 1 month earlier.
I run a 4th playthrough with very few mods on.
Crash every 1 to 2 hours. I ignore it until I decided to deactivate and uninstall your mod.
No crash for 2 to 3 weeks (ever since).
I am just sharing my experience, if any brothers or sisters can share or update information, it will help everyone.

Hope the mod author adds more mods in the future.
I am into companion, power armor and quest mods.
I haven't noticed that they messed with the leveled lists at all. The rifle and power armor pieces appear to be unique.
That rifle packs a punch. I'm glad it's not spawning on raiders.
