      You actually get more, but I am not going to start listing here what. Mostly however, you need to build things yourself, a drag I know......for some.

   Hi,  I can not arrange anything in homes, no furniture, no carpets, only lighting. So far, I am building only the first settlement, and later I will build the second one. two houses do not work in the first settlement. Can you fix it?

      Problem with houses came with update on F4 software. I suggest deleting those houses and replacing them with other ones.

   Looks good, but I have almost no room left in my load order. I tried to combine the two ESPs using FO4Edit, but my game crashes if I do. Separately, they work fine, but I can't put them together. Any ideas on how I could do this? I'd really love to use them, but I only have room for one ESP...

      Sadly, I have separate settlement mods for a reason: trying to make them work as smooth as possible.
      
      If someone else knows a way to combine mods nicely, I would be very interested in that also!

      I realized how small these were, and gave up on combining them. I just converted them to ESL files, and I was good to go. Going to get the rest of your settlements, now! Looking good!

      ESL? I should maybe check that out, as most of my settlement MOD's aren't that big. Well, some are, but I like small settlements maybe even more than big ones.

      I am in process of cleaning all my MOD's with FO4Edit and same time making an optional ESL version of each. This should happen to all my MOD's within a week or two from this post of mine.

   For the one in downtown aren't there random encounter spawn point on the peer? How did you deal with that?

      I ignored it. :D Meaning I try to leave as much of original stuff as possible intact so it hopefully behaves still as it was meant.

      That seems interesting could act as a settlement attack as long as the player doesn't build on top of the spawn point I imagine.

      I myself always try to arm my settlers with best possible weapons, that seems to help. :D
