I use all your mods and recommended mods. Fighting damage feels perfect and I love no Legendary enemies. However, do the latter prevent finding non-quest legendary items? With over 60 hours in the game, I have not seen one legendary item/weapon/attachment. Could you confirm that they might be rare but still present in the game?
From what I know of legendary items, they drop from legendary enemies, including named legendaries. This mod doesn't remove named legendaries, hence theoretically they still exist (if rarely) :)
