Would it be possible to make a mod or an option that eliminates caps from all containers in the game? I'd love to see that happen.

I was always wondering about the dead settlers.... they'd be carrying about 50 caps on them and always a spare outfit for some reason. It's nearly impossible to be poor in the game when you run across things like this.
