Adds a barrel mod to the minigun to change the caliber to .38.

Do you often find yourself overburdened with useless .38 rounds from dead raiders?
Do you like to use miniguns but keep running out of the slightly uncommon 5mm rounds?
This mod solves both of those problems!
This mod adds a new barrel mod for the minigun. It:
-changes the ammo type to .38
-doubles ammo capacity
-increases rate of fire (+35%)
-decreases damage (-35%)
-decreases range and accuracy (same as accelerated barrel)
-decreases weight
It requires Gun Nut level 2 to craft. It will be found on enemies over level 25.
The model is the same as the accelerated barrel.
