Changed rooftop house layout. Added more decorations. Fixed access to the rooftop from the elevator.
Extended the Garage Bay area creating a little more space.
Added some more decoration and manually moved all original items so that lazy people can either scrap everything or use the "scrapall" console command.
Added a ball toss game and overlook lounge area built on to the back of the large truck.
