I had some troubles importing this blueprint. Everytime it was stuck at 53%. I walked out of LOD from the settlement and it re-started importing 54... 59%, quickly fast-traveled in Oberland and then again, the stabilizing proccess was stuck at 53%. Finally I managed to finish but obviously some items here and there were missing or not properly installed . Did anyone have the same issue ?
what enb are you using? I'm getting way too much bloom from something and I wanna try an enb but I don't want to completely ruin the aesthetics of my grassland and conifers mods. Yours looks really good.
From my perspective you are creating the best modded settlements (besides junk town & western sanctuary) - creating an atmosphere somewhere in between Fallout and Walking Dead.
I have to admit, there is a bit of jealousness in me, but I chose to do vanilla settlements for compatibility and reach. Yours however, I would download personally. A good and small selection of mods - thumps up!

I have a massive sanctuary in WIP but very limited time to play sadly, hope i'll be able to share it one day!

They got stuck as soon as you put a doorway so i stoped bothering with them. Just sleep one hour and they will all be doing their jobs.

Keeping a small selection of mods is the hardest part, so much nice item to put here and there in so many mods...
