    Hi, Mr.Ragoda.
I apologize first my bad English.
I'm a big fan of your works.
I use almost of your settlement MODs.
And I translated many nexusmods description of your MODs, for Japanese fans of your MODs.

    This mod is very wonderful.
But, OMG NPCs disappeared to somewhere.
I found them under the double concrete foundations.
And, also, I use "Salem EXPANDED" MOD, which mismatch with this mod.
    But,It's no problem.
I scraped and scraped the foundations and buildings.
But I couldn't scrap car show-room, even using "scrap everything" MOD.
    Disable and disable those buildings.
In the end, I have been so tired.
I respect your ”Creation Kit” -project.
But, I'm happy if there is a MOD, "no buildings" version.

And I hope I'm not asking too much, but I'm looking forward  you would make a MOD, which make South harbor(in DLC) into settlement someday.
Because, I use "Conquest" MOD there, but, this MOD mismatch with Sim Settlement 2.
And NPCs gather under cliff, for some reason.
I hope my English expressions aren't rude.

      Hello masarut7777!

Thank you for translating my MOD's to Japenese, that's awesome. By the way, I am big anime, and thus Japan fan.  :)

      - NPC's sinking to concrete mean that I didn't fully succeed in making the concrete surface walkable for them, my apologies!
      - This MOD mismatching with someone's Salem MOD is unfortunate, but making them both work together would require me or that other MOD -builder to adjust the Settlement area used.
      - You don't want Car show-room? Or either of the buildings? They are relatively easy to 'remove' in case that is needed, ask me in private message!
      - I have not made Far Harbor Settlement MOD because I am already using someone else's for that. I do have Far Harbor National Park Headquarters Settlement done
      - I am also working, finishing really, a little MOD for Far Harbor area, I should publish it soon, someone even promised me to test it, soo I really should polish it fast, LOL

I hope this answered some of your questions at least,

      Good Gaming

    This clashes with Project Phoenix.

That is a shame as I would love everything always to work well together.Especially as Phoenix MOD's seem to be something very nice!

If you want to use them and also Coastal Station, I suggest you ask the talented maker of Phoenix MOD's if that is possible.

I like that you make settlements, though I do tend to prefer mine without being built.
If you're going to make a subway, it could work with this ' https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/21527 ' SOTC subways of the commonwealth.
I sure hope someone makes a Salem settlement, the existing one that's been out a year or two does not work correctly. Should have an argument that sets ownership of the workbench to the player only after the quest line is completed (with the guy who fends off the mirelurks, and asks you to fix his turrets) though.

Never demands, just ideas! Your settlements I've tried before (Mutant wars, and parsons) proved quite entertaining to say the least.
I built INSIDE of parsons, with the SNAPPY HOUSE KIT and SNAPPY DLC KIT mods.
I re-built all 3 buildings at mutant wars, yes, even the rather huge Trinity tower & even hollowed out more of the inside for many levels, goes up a good 10~11 floors of apartments inside, though the NPC's seem a little lost (not your fault, it's meant to be an NPC-free/no navmeshing area in a dead-spot in the tower) - that was quite fun to do never-the-less!!!

I don't know who made that Salem settlement MOD you tried, but I can sympathize with them as I tried to make Salem also and it is a pain in da posterior, LOL! Anyway, I have a small part of Salem made into settlement and will publish it in couple days, and maybe, just maybe, I give another stab at rest of the place, since it would be a fun place to build at.

Also giving out few player settlements that had lot pre-built stuff in them, that was me experimenting with CK, so I am not going to apologize for that. :)
Just know that next few settlements from me will be again more bare bones ones.

I bet your Trinity Tower looks awesome, maybe show us some pics of it?

This looks intriguing--going to give it a shot. I really like the idea of all-vanilla assets. Will return later with my impressions and such, which (from what I've seen) I expect will be all positive.

Nice, it is always good to get other opinions on MODs since others can find things you yourself are blind to.
