Fallout 4

About this mod

A proper conversion of the Mechanist's Lair into a player home. The Mechanist loved that.

Mechanist's Lair
Hm... what to say... resorting to the mod Spring Cleaning, I managed to remove all undesirable debris. Alas, the rust and grime seem to pass through walls and objects when you build something so don't be surprised by blackened towels and food with what seems to be rust. Other than that, the player home itself is fairly decent, given the available space. You can cook and sleep and store a bunch of stuff in a shack built for comfort and simplicity with the Mechanist's approval. The place still has enough room for you to add your own things and plenty of storage outside the shack itself. Just go up the ramp and turn left to the shelves. It's worth noting I used console commands to adjust the position and angle of the concrete walls surrounding that area so if anything is amiss, just tell me and I'll get to it asap.

Mods Required
The Plug-ins are in the picture, but the list isn't complete. I'll list every mod I have related to settlement building and you choose which ones you want, or need. It's easier for everyone this way. If you need more information on the plug-ins, you can open the JSON file with Microsoft Word and see for yourself.

Transfer Settlements (Obviously)
Ceramic Bathroom Fixtures (Default, Standalone option)
Dino's Decorations
Do it Yourshelf
Just Some Rugs (Without table clothes)

If I forgot any mod, please do tell me.

Also, I exported it WITHOUT the wiring for stability purposes but hopefully you can figure it out as you go. Just go near the Fusion Generator and look up to find out where to start. The street lamps aren't there only for illumination but also transfer energy to the Heavy Laser Turrets, the shack and the spotlights, which you can configure to track you or foes via the terminal near the Fusion Generator. Go ahead and build your own Medab-- I mean Automatrons too.
