For whatever reason all perks are gone from the UI, the options still there don't work with their bound keys, and the existing options are all jumbled up characters. I posted this in bugs but months later, it hasn't even been acknowledged. And I cant use it because of this bug that breaks the whole mod.
gotta run f4seloader directly or else the mod wont work, theres mods out there that allow pressing play on steam to run it if you dont like having to file dive
