As far as I know no, You could pretty easily rebuild it or something like it, the hardest part is getting up enough materials. You need a couple perks to build the larger stores and generators/water plants etc. Hopefully once the GECK comes out, I'll be able to make some preset buildings like this that you can place anywhere. Time will tell.

I cop near a 10fps hit once it's all built (If I'm looking in its general direction), then lose another 5-6 for ENB + reshade etc, Once Shadowplay starts trying to record at 1080p... Ouch. There's a reason I spend most of the video walking haha.
Could you release any other details such as, have you started doing quests? FYI, you can start building strait out of the Vault, without doing any quests.
Unfortunately yes, I'm at about level 35, I haven't pushed too far into the Main story but yeah... Mostly exploring and side quest stuff. I've saved a certain detective to give you an idea of how far along. If necessary I could rebuild another of this sort with a fresh character, once people reach Diamond City they would be able to choose their appearance.
