While I love the idea of this mod, there are quite a lot of problems with it. I had read through the other comments and someone suggested using cheat terminal to spawn NPC's. I did just that but every time I would spawn an NPC, they were invisible and could not locate them. Another is I tried to place a fish hatchery within the boundaries and it will not let me. I even have place anywhere installed. Like I said, great mod, needs serious improvement.
Hello, I think the mod actually ok. I also understand that you can not do everything right from the start and that you have to learn a lot and need more time! But I guess that after more than a year nothing will happen anymore? Too bad. I have built a rather large and complex plant on the island and can now do nothing with it, because I lack the settlers! After a year, I would have expected an update! I am disappointed!
It would be nice if there would be an update or somebody else does the mod and possibly further programmed!

Feel free to edit my mod and reupload with a better working version.
