For all those who struggle with getting the radio fixed under the last update. Here's what worked for me:
1) mod was active 2) completing the "Best of Three" quest (coc Farm05Ext teleports you to Somerville Place, follow the quest instructions, last signal leads you to Skylane Flight 1665, kill dude and take his gun) 3) end game, disable mod 4) restart game, get the message about the missing mod 5) end game, enable mod 6) restart game
My songs are randomly stopping just after the halfway point? Also, its playing the same 5 songs, repeatedly. What can I do to fix this? Im using the 100 song version

I did notice when I loaded in an existing save that the distress signal was still there so you may need to start a new game or load a save before you leave the vault for the first time. I was already near the beginning of the game so this did not affect me much.
If you want the creation club content, there's nothing I can do for you unfortunately.
Tested, works on Next-Gen Update, as long as you have disabled the CC Creation that has the conflicting radio station. Personally, the first thing I did after updating and fixing my mods was deleting those 3 stupid forced Creations (ccFSVFO4007-Halloween.esl, ccOTMFO4001-Remnants.esl, ccSBJFO4003-Grenade.esl). The Creation Club is mostly bad, Bethesda. Why did you do that?
Yeah the Gunner Creation Club story addon comes in on this freqency until you clear the quest. It's kind of fun...liked the pipboy uplink aspect. However, personally I would've been over the moon if they simply added to Nukaworld or Far Harbour, added a new settlement or companion to the CW, or simply improved underachieving devices like vertibirds etc. I don't mind the Enclave though.

Turns out.. I can't think of 100 songs to add.
Can/how will this disrupt the mod? Can I just ignore adding another 80 tracks? Delete the 80 in the folder and still continue to use the .wav tracks that I did indeed add?
From my limited testing, it seems not filling the list is fine. potentially the script just takes longer if there's a bajillion missing files, but I was using the 20 song shuffled version with only 10 files and it seemed to work flawlessly. But make sure you remove the files he put in there, all of them are audio files of Siri saying the number of the file, you don't want that on the radio.
ok apparently the 2029 station is working, it's just listed under Vault Tec Distress Signal instead. guess it's that creation club thing from the update interfering with this mod 😒
Hmmmm thats weird, For me its still the 2029 station. I ran into an issue when I tried installing some radio mods to tune stations, which caused a lingering issue where the station just wouldnt play audio anymore. Try disabling the mod, entering the game so it removes whatevers in the save still. Save and exit, then re-enable the mod and load back in. That fixed my issue I just saw today, so maybe this method will help you out too :)
IN FO4Edit when you go to edit the 2029 esp: Go to Worldspace and expand-> expand Commonwealth-> expand 00018AA2 Cell-> expand Persistent -> and in the {XX}000FAE Placed Object, go to XRDO - Radio and change the frequency to anything else on the FM scale other than 88.000000. You should have the new radio station separate from the Distress Signal.
Yes it's a dirty edit, but you should know how an FM radio works right? I used 99.7 for my frequency but you can make it your own, within the FM range, of course.
Also, I noticed using the RadioTransmitter Base in the master base game plugin, is NOT a good way to make a new Radio Station, you should avoid copy-paste methods, that's just lazy. I had to edit this plugin in FO4Edit SEVERAL Times, creating a new Activator, changing quest references, even changing up the worldspace cells a bit. And the trial-and-error I did to get it working like it should prior to Creation Club addons, it only took me an hour, tops!
@MitchellKnight I am really struggling to find this mod in FO4edit. Is there any way you can tell me how to find a mod's specific form ID? Or maybe how to filter for XRDO in the list? Any extra details on how to find the mod in fo4edit would be incredibly helpful. I am new to this software and am struggling to figure this last step out.
MitchelKnight, could you please upload a replacer esp or patch for it, if this mod has several issues that are causing it to eventually stop playing? thanks.
