Installing this caused everything from the main mod to be doubled, including the custom gunners and quests. Seems like you just duplicated the main mod's .esp instead of just adding the tags only.
You should put a warning in the description to not have both .esps enabled if you're going to leave it like this.

I've been trying to figure out where to put the esp you provided and Nexus doesn't even see it.
EDIT: Nevermind, I'm an idiot and was thinking the wrong way. You just put the .esp into the Fallout 4 data folder and Nexus picks it up as a plugin...
