This is nice, but I don't think it's balanced. Given how rare these components are compared to Steel, which is very abundant, 1:10 ratio is really too much. 1:4 is plenty, even 1:2 or 1:1 would be an option. Perhaps you can add some mod variations? :)
Well. If you look at this when playing the Game it feels like its well not balanced. But when you look at the Item when you drop it (Steel), its a pretty big Steel bar and when using common sense you can surely craft these Screws etc. in Real Life. :P But in this Game its different. You just scrap one of these Cars and you got a 100 screws..
