Just find out your other mod "Settlements Of Mutant Wars " few days ago and I really like it ( I'm not using the Trinity one, though ^^ ) But, enough with the blabla cause, I'd like to know if your " ?coastal cottage enhanced " would be compatible with " All Settlements Extended " or not
It looks like Coastal Cottage Enhanced area is similar to, although bigger on Parsons side (West), that of Coastal Cottage area in All Settlements Extended. Because my Coastal Cottage Enhanced -MOD has pre-built stuff in it there very likely could be clash at said area with these MODs!
However, if the borders I saw in a picture of Coastal Cottage at All Settlements Extended -MOD are right, then you can use the other two settlements, Coastal Chapel and Coastal Chalets, with it.
I will mention though that if you haven't built anything at Coastal Cottage yet, you might try using Coastal Cottage Enhanced by placing it after All Settlements Extended -MOD in Load Order, and thus overwriting that area of land with my MOD.
Always remember to make a solid Save before trying anything like this out! Good gaming to you! :)
Thanks for answering me ( I didn't get any notifications, though xD ) Well, I'm already using the chapel and the chalets, it works pretty fine and I'm gonna try your solution ^^ I'll let you know if it works or not ( knowing I didn't build anything in Coastal Cottage Oh, by the way, I'd like to mention how surprised I've been when I found out how huge these settlements was, nice job mate Endorsed
Ok, so I did as you said and, it seems to work correctly... but I'm having a problem with Coastal Cottage: I can't send any settlers there nor send a supply caravan I can't see its name in the list even though I cleared the area and opened the workbench
Just making sure, are you using the Coastal Cottage Enhanced that I made or the Coastal Cottage from All Settlements Extended? If first one, then I am baffled as it works fine for me, but if the latter then I fear there might be some clash of MOD's. What that clash is, I can't say as I haven't tried that other MOD myself, but once again I suggest tweaking Load Order in different ways, after precautionary save of course.
I hope you figure out the problem here, and also maybe someone else knows about this problem. This even might be about Bethesda CTD problem that has nothing to do with MOD's in question. bobblunderton has been testing that extensively and he has some good advice on it.

interesting areas you've built out. I always appreciate being able to build extra settlements. Unfortunately can't actually place anything anywhere it seems. In 2 of the 3 settlements. I'm even running Place Everywhere as a mod. I don't have any other mods that add to the areas you've added stuff to. Basically it acts as though anywhere I try to place is outside the build area.
Are you talking about MOD Manager? Because if you are, I disabled that and these files are meant to be placed manually with copy/paste in fallout4/data -folder.
Or are you talking about actual game? Have you activated the MODs before starting to play? That I myself often forget to do.
And finally, if you are referring to something else, please elaborate, as then I didn't understand your question, sorry if that is the case.
And nothing is built on rode side outside walls. Also on Salem end, there is some distance between Coastal Chalets -settlement and Museum of Witchcraft.
