About this mod

Three large, and partly pre-built with Creation Kit, Coastal Settlements: Coastal Chapel, Coastal Cottage Enhanced, and Coastal Chalets! Please Enjoy!

Permissions and credits
This release contains 3 external settlement sites near, and at, Coastal Cottage -location of the game. All are vanilla, meaning there is no need for other MODs or any of the DLC's. However, there should be no mismatch with other MOD's, apart from those that also affect same area of course. I also highly recommend using some of the wonderful building MOD's, like Homemaker e.g.  I do so myself.

-- Settlements --

Coastal Chapel (CoastalChapel.esp),

is a large settlement that covers the cliffs North of Coastal Cottage and big chunk of the Overpass next to them.

---
Coastal Cottage Enhanced (CoastalCottageEnhanced.esp)

is just like the name tells an existing settlement Coastal Cottage that has been enhanced with larger land area, including also part of the nearby Overpass.

---
Coastal Chalets (CoastalChalets.esp)

covers the cliffs South of Coastal Cottage -location.

All of the above mentioned settlements are a part of my 'Lets see what I can build for settlements in Creation Kit' -project. By this I mean that unlike my previous settlements, and most likely future ones also apart of one or two exceptions, these settlements have e.g. Walls built around them and some other infrastructure. I have not however tried to give you an already chewed up gum, there is still lot to be done with these settlements!

And no, these are NOT game saves!

Feel free to move, remove or replace  any of the added objects!

Installing each of these mods couldn't be any simpler: just copy the *.esp file(s) from where you unzipped them into your Fallout4/Data -folder!

These MODs are totally vanilla, so only Fallout 4 is needed. As of now, these MODs work fine on my PC, but I have not tested them on other PC's. This means that you might find bugs. Please inform me of those, and I'll do my best to fix them!

I especially want to mention that I had originally plans for there to be 5 Coastal Settlements, not 3, but technical reasons with Fallout 4 forced me to combine 4 of them into two settlements. This made them way bigger settlements than I myself prefer, but the locations are so fun that I decided to do these 3 behemoths anyway. About Coastal Cottage Enhanced: It needed to be enhanced or it wouldn't fit among the other two settlements, but if you prefer the original settlement, or some other modded version of it, as long as there is no clash with land area, I see no problem doing so and enjoying your game.

I also give you notice about Coastal Chalets: At farthest South part of the settlement you might experience little bit annoying feature of not being able to go into Workshop Build -mode. You then need to backpedal little bit until you are able to activate the building, and then walk back to area where you want to build. If someone knows how this is fixed, please tell me and I get right onto it!

Tip of the day: While in build mode you can walk by pressing HOME-key on your keyboard (at least that's the one that works for me) and then you walk automatically forward and can guide yourself with left and right arrows or A and D, depending on your gaming style.

NOTICE: I hate making borders, so the External Settlements don't have them. If this is a deal breaker for you, then maybe you want to  make those borders?

ps. I just mention something you all already know: There is no MUST to install all 3 settlements. You can install any combination of the two of them, or even select just one of them to use.

Happy gaming!
