I just wish there were more flags, like the U.K. or Canadian flag. Other than that I think it's a pretty solid mod for what it is trying to accomplish.

just retexture one of the existing flags... it's simple as hell, trust me... It's what I did for mine... or heck if you have some flags already just replace them and rename them to what "m150" guy did in his data folder.
P.S: this guy doesn't respond... like ever, mostly because he's Japanese... but it's alright cuz' he makes awesome mods regardless.
You can extract the textures with Bethesda Archive Extractor. If you put the textures in the Textures/M150 folder, the game should load the loose file instead.
