    If you're not able to activate the City Plan on the desk, be sure you are on version 3.0 of Sim Settlements. Any desks built before the 3.0 patch will need to be picked up and set back down in order to create the updated items.

    You'll know if it worked because you'll have a safe on the desk just above the file cabinet drawer.

    It's become clear to me that I can't be a one man army on the support front, I had kept up with it until about October of last year, but now things have grown to the point where I need regular help. If you receive a response from damanding or kalimac, they are helping me out to keep up with everything to ensure everyone gets there questions answered and bug reports added to my fix list.

    I will still try and pop in periodically to respond to some things personally, but balancing my time between fatherhood, my job, and continuing to develop the mod has become close to impossible without help - hope everyone understands!

    Patch 4.0.1 is now available, this shaves off some unnecessary models to reduce the overall file size.

    The new settlers are missing their heads. is there a way i can fix this problem? and is the problem caused by the mod or not?

      could you post your load order , sounds like some kind of mod conflict

    Is there a list of requirements I need to meet before I can change my settlement flag from the stars and stripes to the Minutemen? I've taken the Castle and I'm the general, but I have no other flag options available. Also, I couldn't post on the SS forums.

    Edit: I found this video showing how to unlock all flags, which I did, but there is still only the American flag option from the City Planner's Desk.

    Nevermind. I "fixed" it with console commands. Unfortunately, there's no command I know of that will make my farmers farm instead of patrolling. There's also no command I know that will make my security guys man their stations. They can't find a path onto anything, it seems. This mod is a fantastic idea, but the implementation I think is a bit ambitious, given the Gamebryo heritage of FO4.

      You can turn off auto assign away from beds/jobs in the holotape. that should keep em working on farm plots.

      Thank you, Uituit. I'll do that when I next fire up the game. I got a bit frustrated and dealt with it by going raider-Nuka-postal. :D

      best way is just download new patch ,remove old patch install new patch.

      If you manual download just copy and paste into your fallout 4 data folder.

    Thank you very much for the SIM City mod series and the hard work behind it. It's just assume and I really appreciate what you are doing. Brilliant!
    But am I missing something or where is 4.01 of Rise if The Commonwealth?

      Ah, kinggath should probably change that sticky message. I think he said 4.0.0 is the final version of the standalone ROTC, just the base mod (and of course the 3-in1-version) gets updated from now on.

    The Iron of this is that the Four settlements I built with this are so cool that I've gotten interested in building my own again. Great job, Great Mod, Great team.

    hello, i am having an issue, and there are so many comments it is hard to find if it has been answered. i built the bench at sanctuary, and upon trying to select a plan it says i still have quests to complete. are the quests that are required to be finished before this message stops appearing listed anywhere? i can't find it on the wiki, and i don't want to start building before i clear this message.

      Have you completed teh Sturges quest? when he 1st ask you to build and plant stuff for him?

      Codsworth has the begiining quest as well when you have to kill teh bloat flies.

      Preston also gives you teh tenpinnes quest ,but i dont think u need to complete that before u build.

    Hello,

    I hope not to ask something already answered, but Google couldn't help me so far ;_;
    I enjoy the mod so far and it is cool. Till Coastal Cottage I never had Problems with a missing City Plan. The railroad asked me to get this settlement for their actions and I did so. Then I set up a supply line and build the city planer desk. To my surprise there is no city plan.
    Afterwards I did two other settlements and found city plans for them.
    Is there a way to get the city plan of Coastal Cottage per console command?

    EDIT: I encountered the same problem with bunker hill. No city plan for it ;_;

      sometimes it can take a while for city plans to show up.

      are you using complex city plans? make sure you have the complex CPs activated in your load order.

      also try a manual install of the mods https://simsettlements.com/web/wiki/index.php?title=Install

      Hello uituit,

      thank you very much for your help. I looked at my sim settlement installation and it was only a standard 4.0.1
      After I installed the 3 in 1 version and the complex city plans it finally worked. I didn't know of the complex city plans until you mentioned them.

      City plans are script heavy ,so Kinggath made them separate for those who had problems with the complex plans.

    I have a question, is it normal to see "blue ghosts and red indicators of attacks" with this mod? if this is how I can do to stop seeing them because I do not like

    also bug me the hud this is a separate thing to see if anyone can help me is that when I leave the limits of a settlement the hud I'm still
    Is it normal and can it be changed? or is it a bug?

      for the blue men go to gameplay>Visual in the cityholotape and you should find a option to hide the bluemen and other objects.

      Is the HUD always there no matter where u go? You should be able to change the settings for that in the holotape as well

      Hey, by the way do you know how to name the settlements?
      because when he notifies me that there is a new construction does not tell me the name of the settlement in this case the Oberland station
      I get this (the colonists of ... have built something new)
      in (details of the settlement) of the supervision table should the name appear on that sign, or not?

    Won't work for me. I don't want to assign people myself and do all that grinding, so I told the configuration to auto assign people at Sanctuary and Hangmans Alley (my only two settlements so far). It's been ages so far and nobody has built a single thing. I have even filled the desk with scrap donations and everything but still the place hasnt developed at all. I have Conqueror so I shouldnt need a city leader or anything. All that is showing in my settlement is the starting prefab. I don't think a single plot has been built. Yet some are perpetually under construction.
