:) Yeah. The reason I couldn't find it was because it's an optional part of the "nude ghouls" mod. Thankyou for the accidental introduction to that mod!

yes, sure. this mod removes the sound ghouls make when they "spot" you, so they'll just charge you silently instead of the scream-like sound. i removed just the scream, everything else is untouched. :)
