    This is really cool, but I am having trouble parsing it and figuring out what each section is doing. Please comment code if you don't mind.

    Can you help me figure something out? I want to change the power armor hud as well as the ammo/health UI when in power armor, as well as the headlamp color in power armor all to RED. Can you tell me how to do this? My power armor headlamp is stuck on bright white, no matter what I do, even when I change the color of the lamp in-game. I'm not sure how to change these settings, and I have tried adding this to the fallout4vrcustom ini, but it didnt have any effect.
    [GamepadLight]
    uiPowerArmorB=0
    uiPowerArmorG=0
    uiPowerArmorR=255
    uiPowerArmorLightB=0
    uiPowerArmorLightG=0
    uiPowerArmorLightR=255

      i think you need a mod to change the headlamp color.

      I notice you posted this after the beta patch dropped - fallout4vrcustom.ini has been deprecated and is no longer used to determine user-defined settings. I can't say whether or not this will help you but try that :)

    new beta patch released today hinting at possible new ini settings like minimum gun-hmd distance for scoping...

    Could you possibly re-upload a dump post-beta 1.1.31.0?

    Thanks!

    With VATS not really working at moment and Bullet Time being a bit of a clunky fix another way been found by JustJohn on the Steam site that works rather nicely. Try changing the following in your Fallout4VrCustom.ini
    (find it here C:\Users\"your account name"\Documents\my games\Fallout4VR ).
    Delete "fVATSTargetUpdateSec=0.1"and just replace with what you see below.

    [VATS]
    fVATSTargetUpdateSec=999.0

    In essence you'll have Bullet Time. You won't have access to the VATS system though.

    Yay - thanks for this, hellstorm102!

    I found the following:

    set
    [VR]
    fSkyScaleFactor=500.0000

    and the starfield-bug is gone!!

    So do I just copy/paste all of this into a single ini? I'm on Oculus btw.

      No this is just the list of every possible tweak you can do to an ini file. Im guessing these are all default settings, at least per this users system. This just lets us see whats new and begin to experiment with new settings/tweaks that are VR specific.

      what shadowphoton said is correct.

      i reccomend trying one at a time for specific things.

      use Fallout4VrCustom.ini in Documents\My Games\Fallout4VR

      make sure you add it to the right section ex [VR]

      if no such section exists in your ini , add it

      teleport distance for example.

      [VRTeleport]
      fTeleportDistanceMultiplier=0.3000

      default is 0.16 btw

      Is there anything that makes vats slower or decreases the cost of vats?
