This is a neat little mod that boosts defensive values without making anything too good. I think the missile turret should have its costs doubled or even tripled however (by little I mean it's seriously compact at ~5kB).
In regards to bugs or compatibility issues I haven't found any yet. Perhaps mods that modify turrets traps or the guard posts in game stats names or defensive values might conflict but I doubt it. One should just overwrite the other in this case...
They would overwrite yes. This mod is just simple form tweaks, nothing fancy. Hence the 5kb size, its essentially a file telling Fallout to change several numbers to different numbers.
Im going to leave missile turrets alone for now, im currently playing with the missile launcher requirement version, and want to see how that effects my building habits long-term.
Though I am currently planning to boost the duration of settlement traps, to make them more useful in a actual fight, since you are at the mercy of the AI actually walking into it, vs a trap with a trigger right next to it the player sets off. But I will have to make sure I only increase the duration of the settlement versions, not any found in the wastes (Nobody wants to sit and wait even longer for a tesla trap to stop firing off after moving away from it)
