There's really not much more to tell you about the mod then on the Nexus so I've copied it here for you who didn't read it or didn't have time. Oh and thanks for downloading :)
Hello Ladies and Gentlemen
This is the ultra low textures mod for fallout 4 for those who really struggle running the game.
Please Note
In the screenshots the game has no lighting effects and a FPS ini which make shadows look horrible. So this mod only changes textures not anything else like lighting. Yes they were shot in 640x480 but I needed the extra FPS.
The mod includes nearly every texture besides effects. The world looks very cartoony, people look ok... I guess. I found it a life saver for fps along side other performance mods. If your here for a laugh then I hope you enjoy it, but really this mod is aimed for people who can't run the game.
It gives me a steady 30-40 fps in the city. My PC has a ATI Radeon HD 5450 and 8 gigs of RAM it's 8 years old as well.
Installation
Very simple.
Drag the Textures folder into Yourdrive\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Fallout 4\Data place here
To uninstall delete the texture folder you placed folder
