Sets the Gamma Gun so that it will not aggro NPC's. In other words, you can now use the Gamma Gun to heal your Ghoul friends without them turning hostile.

You can now use the Gamma Gun to heal your Ghoul friends without them turning hostile. It saves a lot of stims on Hancock, and you could heal settlers as well, if they take damage in a fight.
Saw a post on reddit about it, decided to do something about it.
