   Just what I was looking for, it should never take 30 seconds in any game or game mode to heal. I can see a debuff to speed, but they made it too long. thanks.

   Does this effect only stimpack healing or does it also apply to food/drink healing as well?

      all healing should be put back to normal speed

   Or in survival: use three or four stimpacks to speed things up. Don’t worry, you’ll find more that enough stimpacks... as of about lvl 15 you can use stimpacks as currency

   Thanks for making this , survival has always been a drag for me , too much penalties and very little reward for playing the game akin to a boring Souls game but the overall Survival Needs things are very immersive and fun to handle , with this mod i can overcome yet another annoyance of vanilla survival.
