The project for this mod will not continue, there are many reasons, but it is not relevant to explain them except one, which I do not feel like xD
I hope at least you enjoyed some of these replacements and presets, thanks.
Now there are 2 versions of the mod:
- Version v1.0 - Normal version with the necessary mods added as masters, the version that was already uploaded.
- Version v1.1 - Alternative version "without master files", for people who have too many plugins and need to merge plugins, this version should only be used if you know how to merge the plugins that the mod requires in only 1, upload at the request of the people.
Honestly, this mod is one of the reasons why you should play Fallout 4. It really changes the game. The most important thing is to follow the recommendations from the author and download other mods in the descriptions, such as " The Eyes Of Beauty Standalone Edition Plus..." , " Ponytail Hairstyles by AZAR v2.5A"... and so on. Be careful, it may conflict with the mod " Valkyr Female Face and Body Textures" . The author did a great job that not everyone can do .
These are beautiful settlers to dress with Havok-Physics Enabled Mina Cloth. One caveat: I wouldn't recommend spamming a settlement with them because they're resource heavy. There's 13 of them plus the original 2 settlers at my Oberland Station. When I approach the settlement the actors simultaneously load their assets which results in sets of severe lag for a few moments. The solution is simply to not have too many at one base.
It means that the required mods of hair are still necessary, BUT, you can merge said plugins of those mods into one, this only works with the plugin version 1.1 of my mod, I do not know if I explain xD the mods of hair are still being necessary, merged or not.
Mm, I had not thought about it, I'll take a look to see how many NPCs are of each sex, I'm still missing men, but I could overtake the Minutemen women, I do not promise anything, but I'll look.
Unlucky from other similar npcs mods that use unused mods, the requirements you choosed are really a must have now-a-days and i don't feel forced about using them at all.
Unlucky i've discovered it just now, i guess i've missed it when it was released, but i'll surely try and tell you my opinion about this, even if for sure, if the result is what i guess it will be, it's an other must have mod.
I added an alternative version for people who need to merge plugins because they already have too many installed, this version should help a bit at least, as long as you know how to merge plugins, it's easy and there are tutorials on how to do this with the "Merge Plugins" program , or with FO4Edit for more advanced people.
The intention is to make a lighter version, with less requirements, the question is to have time, I have been wanting to make a version like that, to see when I can get on with it :S
Thanks for your words, it's nice to read that there are people who appreciate your work hehe
This vacation will take time, and the intention is to do the same with men, and improve the women I have already made (Just a little, they are "street women" as I explain in the description, they are not catwalk models hehe), after that I have more plans, but I do not want to anticipate too much, by steps.
Mm, people can simply make a copy of the plugin morehairstyles4female and rename it to morehairstyles4female4.1, I have it just for some mod that asks for the old version, and it works anyway.
The only downside of that, is that they would have one more plugin, the same plugin with 2 different names.
Note that I put a version "without master files", this version should be able to work with the plugin with the old name or the newest, what is important in this version is that meshes and textures of the hairstyles exist, that it is installed the mod mischairstyle.
If someone does not want to have 2 equal plugins with different names, you can simply use this version, still need the requirements, but in the case of mischairstyle the name of the plugin would be irrelevant, the plugin of this mod will look for the routes of the meshes and the textures of the chosen hairstyles, if they are installed should work the same.
Well, from the screenshots, your new settlers look fantastic. I was ready to download your mod, but then i noticed the requirements.. Correct me if i'm wrong, but, in order to get your mod to work i need to add 7-8 .esps to my mod list? (one of the required masters ads 3 esps by itself) Just a big no ATM, as i am at 253 .esp/esm count right now. i was thinking to look for more mods to merge, but i still can not come anywhere near to 7-8 free slots. The main problem is that i can not merge all those hair mods, as you made them hard requirement masters. Optional requirements are irrelevant, as they can all be merged.
Thus... Is there a possibility for you to make optional download where only head meshes are changed, and your female settlers use vanilla hair meshes or something? That would be kinda great!
Yes, I've been wanting to put 1 or 2 alternatives with fewer requirements (fewer .esp files), I can also "remove" the master files from the current file, and so people could merge the plugins that the mod needs.
I hope I can get there soon, life has me very busy xD but soon I'll get on with it.
Same later or tomorrow I upload the same mod but without master files, as something temporary until it uploads 1 or 2 alternative versions, so I give the opportunity for people to merge the mods requirements.
PS: Vanilla Hair Meshes would still be the best in my case, so i will wait for something in those lines. Also, a version with only the hair meshes from "Ponytail Hairstyles by AZAR" as required master is totally acceptable as i reckon most of players (me included) have that installed already. I think it's requirement for "Better Settlers" or something and i think majority of people uses that.

I also appreciate the gif in pictures tab, good job and thank you
Where do i find MoreHairstyles4Female? It's not part of any of the requirement files.
Edit: I found it now, it's in the MoreHairstyles - Beards
Edit 2: Awesome mod, Endorsed
Does this mean I should have the required mods installed anyway? Won't this work without the hair mods?
Thanks.

Trust me, your mod has really no complicated requirements, and people should start using them cause they work perfectly together.
I also have a huge amount of respect for BiRaitBec and can’t agree more with what he said.
Your base mod as is will continue to be an essential mod for me on any play through.
I hope that the continued user base interest in your work will draw attention to this wonderful but IMHO under appreciated mod.
Thank you!

Many uses mods that have morehairstyles4female requirement, but they actually renamed it as morehairstyles4female4.1.esp cause of older versions.
If you could just rename the master name i think it will be a bit more compatible with other mods that edit npcs.
The only downside of that, is that they would have one more plugin, the same plugin with 2 different names.

I'm not an expert either, I could be wrong hehe
