**Update** I simply didn't enable the parent properly after dredging up the barrel from the ocean floor. My bad fam. I have uploaded a new version which will correct the issue. Also, found the phantom mine and it is now back in it's proper place. Thank you for your patience while i sorted those issues out.
Literally went through 8 completely different iterations of this settlement. Dozens of revamps and adjustments were made and this is the one which I am most pleased with. That being said, i plan on going back in and doing another version of this without cliffs for those who want a much smoother settlement surface to keep in line with the Terraform theme i have going.
Download, enjoy, feel free to leave feedback and if you are having issues please let me know. I have tried to be responsive and acknowledge all issues and requests.
First of all I wanted to say that this is a really great mod, the best there is, and I can't imagine playing without it because I really like this location. But there is one problem, that it conflicts with PRP, is there any patch or someone know solution for this? The problem is with the appearance and disappearance of objects, especially in the vicinity of the crater house
I got a mod conflict somewhere. Not sure where, will try and find the culprit, but what's happening is a lot of the objects this mod affects appear suspended in midair and the rocks, roads and terrain features are all kinds of messed up.
Why is there still a massive radiation hotspot still at the base of the lighthouse, Why didn't you fix the roof of the house, Why didn't you remove and replace old assets so everything wasn't floating.
Oh this is working out great much bigger and I can scrap all that junk and all those trees everywhere! So much better than before I've setup a killzone on the side facing jerkoff lewkowsky's place so if those automatrons and whatever else roll up they won't make it out of that empty land over there alive. The front driveway is heavily fortified so that stream of charred feral ghouls doesn't stand a chance either.
I just stumbled upon the Snappy House Kits mod (how did I miss that?) and was looking for a place to try it out. Problem was, my character is lvl 84 and most of my existing settlements I had already built or were being build by Rise of the Commonwealth. Kingsport was one of my last settlements that didn't have anything on it. Went to build there to test out that mod and remembered why I hadn't built there. The settlement location was really small (not including the docks or cliffs). I actually came back to nexus to look for a mod that added new settlement locations when I came across this one. So far its a vast improvement on the vanilla version. I was able to build my (slightly ridiculous) Art Deco Seaside Hotel with the new space. I'm not yet done but when I am I'll post some pictures.
As for bugs I didn't find any, though both the workbench and the lighthouse doors where about 8 feet in the air when I got there. I assume that's because of you flattening the map some. Either way both still work (not that Dogmeat really needs to open a door that's 6 feet over his head) so its not a deal breaker for me.
Looks good, i´ll try it but i guess i will get problems with my previous build of kingsport settlement. i had build a Snap´N-Build villa over the old house, so i expect a floating or sunken building after the settlement transfer *g*. i hope i´m lucky, i´ll see.... kingsport is one of my favorite spots in the game. i looked for a sandbox+workshop expansion and found this here, ouhkay
Most areas were lowered compared to the vanilla build area. That would include the lighthouse and main house. They might not be floating exactly but have a ladder handy !
