About this mod

Terraform Project transforms the landscape and boundary of the player settlement sandbox with the goal of creating a work space that is easier and more flexible to build with.

Permissions and credits
Welcome to the Terraform Project Page: Kingsport Lighthouse Edition
What is it?  I have redesigned the Kingsport Lighthose settlement area to make it much friendlier for settlement builders.  The workshop build area has been increased and the terrain has been significantly altered to provide more flexibility without compromising aesthetics.

Word of caution:
  • Create a back up save before loading this mod
  • Here is a link from Bethesda to walk you through backing up your game saves:  http://help.bethesda.net
  • Mods that increase the the size of the sandbox around Kingsport Lighthouse or neighboring cells might not play well with this mod

Project Features:
  • Increased Build Area
  • Fully functional custom workshop border that perfectly represents the new workshop area
  • Fully navmeshed in the Creation Kit
  • Settlers can be assigned to jobs outside of the vanilla build area
  • Smooth landscape for easier building
  • Removed permanent "ghost" lights that emitted light from no source
  • Linked some lights to their source so they will disappear when the emitter is scrapped
  • Created a customized grass from default textures/nifs that is shorter in height and easier to build over
  • Opted to restore the Pier (Left the house alone since there are mods you can use to repair this building)

And Much Much More!

Installation:

Install with mod manager of your choice such as NMM or manually download and extract to the fallout4/data folder.
